📦 Returns Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To keep our quality and safety standards high, we do not accept returns on:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items marked as non-returnable
Used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error
📬 How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@fabcohomedecor.com with:
Your name & order number
The item(s) you’d like to return
Reason for the return (optional but helpful!)
We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Package the item(s) securely and send them back using your preferred shipping method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit — whichever you prefer.
🕐 Processing time: 5–7 business days from the time we receive your return.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect — we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at support@fabcohomedecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
