📦 When will my order ship?

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


📍 How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Order Status page and enter your order number.


📬 How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. General estimates:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • International: 10–15 business days


🚛 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.


🎯 What if my package is lost or missing?

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building manager.

  2. Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If it’s still missing, please email us at support@fabcohomedecor.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and make it right.


⏱️ Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Contact us ASAP at support@fabcohomedecor.com.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.


📦 What if an item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


💰 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
